An initial room-to-room walk through your property captures:

A timeline is then developed that captures the steps involved in accomplishing the checklist details.

HANDYMAN EXTRAORDINAIRE

Necessary repairs, touch ups and painting work are quoted and scheduled with my handyman who pulls a rabbit out of a hat on a regular basis!

If your home is a candidate for an offer date strategy I provide a complimentary home inspection in advance of listing so buyers and their agents have an opportunity to learn about the home in advance of offer day. This gives buyers peace of mind and ultimately encourages more offers.
